The Bupa Great Run Series and British Gas Great Swim series includes some of the UK’s most prestigious running and swimming events including the Bupa Great South Run, Bupa Great Manchester Run, British Gas London Swim and the iconic Bupa Great North Run which attracts over 55,000 runners.
Since working with Powerade, Sports Vision has transformed the brand’s activation of the NOVA series by engaging with runners of all levels through credible activation initiatives. We aim to enhance runners’ experience of the events before, during and after, whilst communicating the product’s key benefits and in so doing, position Powerade ION4 as the sports drink of choice. Race day activation includes a fully interactive hydration zone staffed by a team of Powerade sports scientists where runners receive essential tips & advice on how to stay hydrated and get the most out of their run. An extensive sampling programme, the Powerade sponsored warm up and the introduction of Powerade pacers have all combined to enhance credibility and ultimately drive growth of the brand.
